Frequently asked questions

The questions operators and partners ask us most often, answered directly — including the ones about money, liability and who is responsible for what.

Getting started

How long does it take to launch?

Minutes, not a delivery project. You register your company, create the operator, set your brand, currencies and payment methods, and the site is live. One minute to register, six to configure, online on the eighth.

Nobody from our side touches it, which is exactly why it is that fast. Payments are built in, so you are not waiting on a processor to onboard you before you can take a deposit.

Is there a setup fee or a monthly minimum?

No, on either model. There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum and no platform fee. We are paid only from a share of what the operation produces.

On the Individual model there is a $2,000 prepayment before game functionality is switched on. It is not a fee — the full amount sits on your account and is credited against your future bills. Co-operation has no prepayment.

What do I need before I can launch?

From us: nothing. We do not require company registration, a bank account or capital in order to open the operator.

Practically, you need a domain and your brand assets, and enough funded balance to cover player withdrawals as they arise.

Do I need a gaming licence?

We do not currently require a licence to open an operator. Whether one is legally required for you depends on the markets you intend to serve and on your own compliance position — that is your decision and your responsibility, not something we determine for you.

If you do want one, you can lease a licence through the partners we work with. That is a contract between you and them rather than with us. Speedix is the technology and operations provider behind your brand — we do not enter the regulatory chain and your operator is not a sub-brand of ours.

Operating models

What is the difference between Individual and Co-operation?

The difference is how much of the operation you want to run yourself. It is the same platform underneath either way.

IndividualCo-operation
Back officeFull self-serviceFull, except the items below
VIP, bonuses, promotions, retentionYou configure themConfigured and run by us
Gambling expertise requiredYes — it is your operationNone
What you bringA business plan and a teamAn audience
Prepayment$2,000None
Revenue share to Speedix5%–10%10%–15%
What exactly is restricted on the Co-operation back office?

Gamification settings — VIP tiers, bonuses, promotions and promo codes — and money-related actions such as withdrawal approval are operated by our team rather than configured by you.

Everything else stays yours, and any configuration change can be requested from us at any time.

Which model should I choose?

If you already know how to run a casino and want promotional mechanics fully in your hands, take Individual — it is the lower revenue share, and the $2,000 is float rather than cost.

If your strength is traffic rather than gambling operations, take Co-operation. You bring an audience; we run the commercial machinery. No prior gambling experience is required, and there is no capital outlay to us.

Can I switch from Co-operation to Individual later?

Yes. The same brand, the same players, the same data. It is a change of who operates the commercial machinery, not a migration.

Moving across means taking VIP, bonuses, promotions and withdrawal approval into your own hands, funding the $2,000 prepayment, and moving to the lower revenue-share band.

Pricing

What does Speedix charge?

A share of Net Profit, banded by monthly NGR. Your band improves automatically as you grow — there is no renegotiation. Co-operation is 5 percentage points lower at every band, because we run the commercial operation for you.

Monthly NGR (USD)You keep — IndividualYou keep — Co-operation
≤ 100,00090%85%
100,000 – 200,00091%86%
200,000 – 500,00092%87%
500,000 – 1,000,00093%88%
1,000,000 – 5,000,00094%89%
> 5,000,00095%90%
How are GGR, NGR and Net Profit calculated?
GGRCash bets − cash wins. Player winnings are already inside this figure. Bets and wins funded from bonus balances are excluded entirely.
NGRGGR − bonus cost. This figure sets your rate band.
Net ProfitNGR − third-party game provider fees. Our revenue share is calculated on this.

Game provider fees come off the base before our share is taken, rather than being charged to you on top of it.

If a player loses $100, how much reaches me?
GGR (the player's $100 loss)$100.00
Less bonus cost (none in this example)−$0.00
NGR$100.00
Less game provider fee (illustrative, 12% of GGR)−$12.00
Net Profit$88.00
Less Speedix share (Co-operation, 15% at this band)−$13.20
Yours$74.80

So roughly $75 of that $100 reaches you, before your own costs — payment processing, chargebacks, affiliate commission and taxes. On Individual the same example leaves you about $79.20.

What other costs should I expect?
Game provider feesA percentage of GGR, set per provider — deducted before our share

Affiliate commissionsWhatever you set in your own plans, funded from your balance

Money and risk

Who holds player funds?

It depends on whose payment channel the money came through. On our payment channels, funds are held in custody on the platform and visible to you in the back office with the full transaction record. On your own payment channels, funds sit with the processor you contracted and Speedix is not in that flow at all.

Legal responsibility for player funds sits with the licensed operator, which is you.

Who pays player winnings?

You do. Speedix does not underwrite your book, on any model.

Mechanically it is simple: withdrawals are paid out of the custody balance on the platform, and if that balance is not sufficient to cover what players are owed, you top it up.

We do not require a fixed reserve in advance, but the practical requirement is the one every operator has — hold enough to cover your player liabilities, and expect variance.

Who bears the risk on fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse and disputes?

The operator does. Speedix is the technology provider; we are not a counterparty to your players and we do not carry your commercial losses.

That does not mean you face them alone. The platform runs the controls that prevent most of them — risk rules, anti-grinding, stake-variance detection, bonus-abuse conditions, registration blacklists and withdrawal review — and on Co-operation our team operates those controls for you.

What happens to my data if we stop working together?

Player and transaction data belongs to you, and you export it yourself from the back office — players, bets, payment transactions, affiliate and commission data and the full reporting set.

There is no step where we have to release it to you. Portability is deliberately a self-service function, because it should not depend on the relationship being friendly at the time.

Markets and compliance

Which markets can I target?

Speedix restricts two markets at platform level: China and Australia. We impose nothing beyond that.

Everything else is governed by your licence and your own compliance position.

Worth knowing up front: the perimeter is not applied by default — you configure it. The platform enforces geo-restriction per jurisdiction at registration and at play, but which jurisdictions go on that list is your decision.

Does Speedix handle KYC, AML and compliance?

Split it into execution and responsibility, because they sit in different places.

We execute. KYC and AML are built into the platform rather than bought in from a third party — identity checks with a manual review step, AML and transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening, duplicate-identity signals, responsible-gaming limits, geo-fencing, fraud and risk controls and per-jurisdiction regulatory reporting. There is no per-check charge. On Co-operation our team performs the review and runs the day-to-day.

You remain responsible. Setting the standards, meeting your licence conditions and anything a regulator asks of the operator stay with you. No technology provider can carry your regulatory obligations.

Product

What is included in the platform?

Everything between the player and the game: multi-currency wallet, game aggregation, sportsbook, prediction markets, payment orchestration, CRM and bonus engine, VIP and gamification, affiliate system, KYC/AML, risk controls, reporting, CMS and back office.

Content covers seven verticals — slots, live casino, table games, sports, prediction, lottery and virtual sports — through 100+ providers and 15,000+ titles behind a single integration, plus our own provably fair originals and our own prediction engine. You enable the subset you want, per brand and per market.

Can I use my own brand and domain?

Yes. You bring your own domains for the player site, the back office and the affiliate portal. Speedix never appears in front of your players — we are B2B only and do not run a consumer brand, so we are not competing with you for the same players.

A built-in page builder covers layout, theme, banners, content and policy pages, promotions and registration flows, with ready-made country templates as a starting point. 24 interface languages.

Can I keep my own front end and use Speedix as the engine?

Yes. Everything the platform does is available over API, so keeping your own client and using the platform behind it is a supported shape rather than a special case.

Payments

Which payment methods are available?

Crypto — including BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC — plus cards, bank transfer, wallets and instant-payment schemes through 19 integrated payment providers and 250+ configured methods, covering Latin America, India, South-East Asia, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Turkey, Canada and Europe.

The payment aggregation layer is our own rather than a third party's, so adding a provider or a local method is our engineering decision rather than a request we file.

Can I use my own payment providers?

On Individual, yes. You can run your own payment channels alongside the ones we already provide.

On Co-operation, no — that model runs on our payment channels only, which is part of what makes it work without an operations team on your side. If you are on Co-operation and want your own channels, we can move you to Individual.

Integrating a processor we do not already support starts at $1,500 per PSP. The payment providers' own fees are charged at their rates and are not inside the revenue-share calculation.

Partnership models

What is the Retailer model?

A retailer runs a branded iGaming network portal of their own — custom domain, logo, colours and copy — inside which operator clients self-register and launch their own brands. To everyone in that network the platform is the retailer's; Speedix does not appear.

The portal is delivered in around four weeks, each operator inside it launches itself in minutes, and the retailer earns a banded share of the combined monthly net profit of every operator in the network. We carry the entire technical and operational stack, so no in-house engineering team is required.

Do you have a reseller or referral programme?

Yes. You introduce clients, we contract and run them, and you take a share of the platform revenue those clients generate. It is recurring for the life of the client, not a one-off introduction fee.

Introduced clients are attributed to you in the system at registration and stay attributed — the tenancy model tracks which node an operator sits under, so attribution is structural rather than a spreadsheet someone maintains.

Can I build a network of sub-partners underneath me?

The platform is built as a multi-level tenancy tree rather than a flat operator list — system, retailer, company, operator — each level with its own back office, data scope, permissions and reporting. A partner network underneath you is something the system already models. The commercial terms for a tier below you are a conversation; the mechanics are already there.
