The day-to-day cashier workflow: payment transaction review, withdrawal approval queue, bank card approval, and invoice reconciliation.
UC4a is the setup. UC4b is what your finance team actually does
on a weekday morning. The four core daily flows live here.
What it covers
Payment transactions. The unified deposit/withdrawal feed
with filters (currency, channel, status, amount, player segment).
Click through to the full transaction object with PSP webhook
history.
Withdrawal approval. The pending-withdrawal queue with risk
flags, KYC tier checks, and configurable approval routing (auto
under threshold X, manual above, two-eye approval above Y).
Bank card approval. Pending bank card submissions awaiting
finance review before they become payout-eligible.
Invoice reconciliation. Operator-side invoices, PSP-side
invoices, and the matching workflow that surfaces mismatches
before they become a month-end problem.
Full playbook
The original includes the approval-routing decision tree, the
KYC × withdrawal-method compatibility matrix, and the
reconciliation tolerance settings.
